A few practical details to help you prepare. Read the full training terms when making your booking.
Read the training termsWhere does training take place?
Our primary training location is London Oxford Airport, Kidlington, Oxford, OX5 1RA. We can also deliver in-company or at another venue by prior arrangement. Your booking confirmation will include venue details and joining instructions, or access details for a live virtual course. Directions are included in the training terms. The London registered office is separate from the training venue.
What should I bring?
Bring photo ID and arrive on time. Delegates arriving more than 15 minutes late cannot be admitted and will need to rebook. Smart casual clothing is suitable; ask about any additional clothing requirements for practical sessions.
Can I discuss learning or accessibility needs?
Yes. Let the team know about any learning needs or reasonable adjustments at least seven days before the course where possible. Please contact us even if less notice is available. Ask for the relevant request form and flag any support needed for assessment, such as a reader or scribe.
How are courses assessed and certified?
All courses except CRM include a closed-book multiple-choice test with a 75% pass mark. Electronic certificates are issued following successful completion and receipt of full payment.
What if I need to cancel or substitute a delegate?
Cancellation charges depend on the notice given. Refer to the full terms before booking and contact the team promptly if your plans change. Delegate substitution may be permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Are accommodation and purchase orders covered?
Accommodation is not provided; delegates make their own arrangements. If you need a quotation or purchase order reference, contact accounts@livingstone.training before arranging payment.
