Dates and flexible arrangements
Contact us for the next available course or ask us to arrange training around your preferred dates. We confirm availability with you before making a booking.
London Oxford Airport is our primary training location. We can also deliver in-company or at another venue by prior arrangement.
Send your course choice, initial or recurrent requirement, delegate numbers, preferred dates and preferred venue. For operator-specific training, include aircraft types, crew roles and the relevant training requirement. If you are flexible, tell us your preferred month or date range.
You can enquire for one delegate or a group. Bespoke courses are subject to availability and carry a minimum charge equivalent to two delegates.
Enquire about trainingHow a booking works
- Tell us what you need. Use the enquiry form or call the team. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
- Agree the course and total price. Confirm the syllabus, option, instructor, venue or delivery format, dates, delegate numbers and any practical requirements. Your quotation will confirm the applicable VAT, any agreed additional costs and the total payable.
- Receive written confirmation. Check the dates, joining instructions, payment arrangements and terms. Let us know if a purchase order is required.
- Attend and complete the course. Bring photo ID, arrive on time and complete the agreed activities and assessment. Electronic certificates are issued after successful completion and full payment.
Understanding prices and VAT
* Prices are per person. VAT-inclusive figures show the total where 20% VAT applies; your quotation will confirm the applicable VAT and total payable. Bespoke courses carry a minimum charge equivalent to two delegates. Prices are reviewed every six months.
The downloadable 2026 price list quotes VAT-exclusive fees. The illustrations on this website assume 20% VAT where applicable; your quotation will confirm the tax treatment and total payable.
Accommodation is excluded. Confirm travel, venue charges, meals and equipment costs for your specific booking; none should be added without agreement.
Assessment, certificates and recurrent training
All courses except CRM include a closed-book multiple-choice assessment with a 75% pass mark. Ask us about any additional practical assessment or reassessment arrangements before booking.
Electronic certificates are issued following successful completion and full payment. Check with your operator when recurrent training is due and which course is appropriate for your role and aircraft.
Cancellations and changes
The standard cancellation scale is no course fee with at least 30 calendar days’ written notice, 50% with 14–29 days and the full fee with fewer than 14 days. Any applicable consumer cancellation rights take precedence. Substitution may be permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Read the training terms and conditions for the cancellation and substitution arrangements.
