For courses at Oxford, your joining instructions give the building, meeting point and arrival time. Please use these directions, as the airport postcode covers several buildings. Our London registered office is not a training venue.

Classroom and live virtual training
London Oxford Airport is our primary training location. We can also deliver in-company or at another venue by prior arrangement. CRM can also be delivered through live virtual sessions by arrangement. Confirm your preferred venue and delivery format when requesting dates.
For live virtual CRM, we will confirm the platform, timings and equipment you need. Tell us about any access requirements when you enquire.
Practical training arrangements
Fire and smoke
A portable training fire rig supports practical firefighting. In-company training or delivery at another venue can be arranged in advance, with suitable facilities for the practical activities.
Wet drills
Wet drills take place at an agreed pool venue. We will confirm its location, pool length, access and changing arrangements before you book.
Aircraft equipment
Tell us your aircraft type and variant so we can agree the equipment for SOP/SEP and overwing exit training.
We will agree the venue, aircraft access and equipment for your course before you book.
Access and support
Tell us about the adjustments you need before booking, ideally at least seven days before training. We will also discuss requests made at shorter notice.
Please ask the team to confirm step-free routes, accessible parking and toilets, room access, seating or practical assistance for the specific venue. Facilities vary by venue, particularly for off-site training and wet drills.
For wet drills you must be able to swim a full pool length unaided and tread water for one minute. Confirm the pool length and discuss any concerns before booking. Please arrange a private conversation about health or support needs rather than entering medical details in the general enquiry form.
Travel, refreshments and accommodation
Accommodation is not included; delegates arrange their own. A list of hotels can be requested. Confirm the venue before booking travel or accommodation.
Ask whether parking charges, refreshments, lunch and any specialist equipment are included in your quotation. We will confirm any additional costs in your quotation.
